You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. No refunds are available less than 30 days before your arrival date.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo.

Stays are a minimum of 2 nights at all times, except during the holiday season and spring break, when a minimum of 3 nights is required.

Yes, free parking is available. There is a 120V electric charging station. You will need an adapter. If you need to park a second vehicle, you can leave it at the complex entrance, 300m from the condo.

The condo can accommodate up to 4 people with a queen bed as well as a queen sofa bed.

Yes, Volume Nord is located directly at the base of the Stoneham Tourist Resort. In winter, you will have direct access to the slopes.

The condo is fully equipped to accommodate you comfortably. Complete bedding and towels are provided.

All you need to do is bring your own food to cook. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and double stovetop. For safety reasons, only salt and pepper are provided as seasonings.

Firewood and kindling are not included in the rental. If you would like to use some, you can easily obtain them here:
